1. It is a condition for the permanent appointment that the teachers will have to undergo teacher training acceptable to the Archdiocesan Education Service
2. One basic training is the Diploma in Catholic Education and Teacher Training offered by the Aquinas College of Higher Studies.
3. Any other programmes of education such as Bachelor of Education, Post Graduate Diploma in Education, Master of Education, Doctor of Education obtained from a recognized institute/university is also acceptable to the Archdiocesan Education Service
