Recruitment Procedures

1. The applications are called by the principals of the relevant school when a vacancy arises
2. The basic interview is done by the principal with demonstration class conducted by the applicant according to the subject and the class for which the applicant is called for
3. If the principal is satisfied, the applicant is directed to the General Manager for the interview.
4. The General Manager makes the final decision on the applicant and inform the school
5. If the applicant is selected by the General Manager, an appointment to the school will be given to one of the above categories.
