1. The applications are called by the principals of the relevant school when a vacancy arises
2. The basic interview is done by the principal and looks into the suitability of the applicant for the job the principal is planning to offer
3. The appointment is given as a Temporary Contract for a period of 3 months.
4. If the principal is satisfied, another Fixed Term Contract is given for a period of one year
5. The permanent appointment is offered after completing that one year.
